Correction: Volkswagen will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the brake master cylinder. If your vehicle is equipped with the incorrect part, it will be replaced with the correct one. Recall Details

  • HONDA ODYSSEY 2018 2019

If this happens, the transmission could shift to Park (P) while driving. This could cause damage to the transmission park pawl. As a result, when the transmission is shifted to P, the vehicle could move if the parking brake is not applied.

Safety Risk: A damaged transmission could allow a parked vehicle to move if the parking brake is not applied. This could increase the risk of a crash.

Correction:  Honda will mail a letter to owners asking them to take their vehicle to a Honda Automobile dealer. • DODGE DART 2013 2014 2015 2016

If a driver attempts to exit the car while it is not in the Park position, and the parking brake is not applied, the car could move suddenly.

Safety Risk: Sudden and unexpected movement of the car could increase the risk of a crash.

Correction:  The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to replace the transmission side shifter cable bushing with an improved one. Issue: A software problem could make it impossible to turn off the high-beam headlights using the switch lever. This problem only affects certain vans with the high-beam assist option. Note: If this happens, the high-beams can be turned off by turning the headlight switch from the “automatic headlights” position to the “manual headlights” position, or by re-starting the van.

Safety Risk: High-beam lights that stay on could cause glare and reduce visibility for oncoming traffic. This could increase the risk of a crash.
