Sanitation & Cleaning
All high-traffic areas within our dealerships are getting increased sanitation and cleaning efforts multiple times a day.
We also use a paid cleaning team to tackle the normal cleaning routines at a professional standard so our staff can focus on serving our clients.
Zero Contact Auto Service
Just leave the vehicle that needs auto service in our parking lot & place the keys into our secure drop box. It’s that easy!
With this process our service customers do not have to enter the dealership. Calling or contacting us ahead of your service appointment is handy, it helps us plan out our schedules, but you can drop off a vehicle anytime.
Test-Drive & Loaner Vehicles Vehicle Prep
We wipe and vacuum all hard and soft surfaces inside our test-drive vehicles and service loaner cars.
If staff or customers interact with a vehicle, it will be re-sanitized, regardless of how recently it’s been done.
Service Work Preparation
Customer vehicles left with us for service will be dressed with the appropriate seat protectors prior to maintenance or repair work.
While Galaxy Motors auto technicians and our car wash attendants are required to wear disposable gloves to work on vehicles, high traffic contact areas such as steering wheels, parking brakes, & gear selectors are still cleaned following service to ensure the cleanest surfaces we can for our customers.
Test Drives and Concierge Service
The Galaxy Motors Concierge Service offers our customers the chance to shop and test drive vehicles from the comfort of their homes.
Vehicle service pickup/drop-off requests will be tackled whenever it is possible for us to do so. These offers require sufficient employee resources to be available, but we are happy to try and accommodate the needs of our customers.
Relaxed Cancellation Policy
Need to reschedule? Vehicle service requests or test drive appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled upon request without any obligation.
Lots of Sanitizer Stations
We’ve installed additional hand sanitizer dispensers and locations in all our dealerships. These extra locations help remind guests and staff associates to sanitize hands throughout the day.
Hand Etiquette
While we love to shake our customers hands, health officials have made it clear that all dealership employees are to practice frequent hand washing and refrain from contact, including hand shaking.
Shared Foods & Beverages
Complementary guest treats & snacks, our coffee & beverage stations, and all shared foods, have been temporarily removed for safety.
Travel Restriction
Our team members & partners understand the health risks of exposure and will not engage in unnecessary business travel. All Galaxy employees are required to advise management of personal travel destinations so the company can make necessary arrangements.
